Beaded Frame Wedding Pocket Invitation

...an invitation that plays peek-a-boo beautifully!

For assembling each invitation, you will need:
  • one pre-assembled embossed pocket
  • one printed invitation
  • one 9" pre-cut ribbon
Step 1
To tie the knot, fold the ribbon in half and thread the folded edge through the hole in the invitation from the top. Fold the resulting ribbon loop over the top of the invitation toward the center and pull the ends through the loop.
Step 2
Gently pull the ends to secure the knot, making sure the top is smooth. Insert the invitation into the embossed pocket so your names show through the embossed frame and the ribbon lines up with the pre-cut notch in the pocket.
Step 3
For your convenience, our pre-cut ribbons are heat-sealed on each end to prevent fraying. If you notice any loose strands after assembly, simply trim the ends for a finished look.

And your invitation is assembled - beautifully!

Elegant Veil Wedding Invitation

...it's like your invitation is covered by a beautiful veil.

For assembling each invitation, you will need:
  • one printed invitation
  • one sheer overlay printed with your names
  • one 9" pre-cut ribbon

Step 1
Place the sheer overlay over the printed side of the invitation. Fold the top flap of the printed invitation over the sheer piece, lining up the pre-punched holes.
Step 2
Thread the ribbon through the holes from the back, creating two strands of equal length in the front.

Step 3
To tie the ribbon in a knot, cross the right strand over and loop it under the left strand. Pull the strands until the first knot is snug. Then cross the left strand over and loop it under the right strand. Pull gently so the knot is secure but still leaves a smooth surface on the top.

Step 4
For your convenience, our pre-cut ribbons are heat-sealed on each end to prevent fraying. If you notice any loose strands after assembly, simply trim the ends for a finished look.

Addressing Your Envelopes

Inner Envelopes

Inner envelopes have non-gummed flaps and are often ordered with a color liner. Address with names only. Do not use the first names of the recipients except when inviting children. Their names should be written on a line below their parents.

Outer Envelopes

The outer envelope is slightly larger than the inner envelope and the flap is gummed on the inside. Address the envelope using formal names and the complete address. Do not abbreviate.

Single Outer Envelopes

If you have selected an invitation that does not include an inner envelope, or if you choose not to use your inner envelope, you may follow traditional addressing rules for outer envelopes or create a new way that works best for you.

Mailing Your Invitations

Mail all of your invitations at the same time, 5 to 8 weeks before the wedding date. If you are including response cards with your invitations, include stamps on the return envelopes as well. To avoid postal delays take your invitation ensemble, including all envelopes and enclosures, to your post office to determine proper postage. Be sure to include a return address on each outer envelope.
